Also shaving my thighs? I shave them but for some reason it’s like I have a dull razor, it barely shaves.

i like facial hair. i want a beard or a soul patch. i know shaving everyday, even when nothings there, helps to stimulate the hair follicles & make hair grow faster but what about like, rogaine foam, & using it on my face lol, i doubt it but why not?
