Shaving Answers

I literally just shaved my legs about 4 hours ago & I can feel tiny little prickles on my legs. It’s so terribly annoying & this always happens to me. I put on lotion right after I get out of the shower.
I also shave every other day, sometimes even 3 days in between shaves. I change my razor almost every week & I use Men’s Gillette Fusion which has 5 blades on it.

Im going camping soon & its for a few days. And its beach camping so I’m in my swimsuit prettty much the whole time. Is there any way the hair on my legs wont grow back as fast? Cause lets face it, theres no real place to shave unless i want a razor burn.

Like, when the razor doesn’t cut the hair well enough. Is it useful only three or two times?

Does it work? How did it feel? Did it irritate you? would you recommend it? im considering doing this. is it better than shaving with the razor?

Sometimes my legs come out perfect other times i cut myself or get a rash…What really is the best way to get perfect legs every time?

The hair on my legs grows extremely fast, as in when I shave at night, by the time I get up in the morning, I have stubble.
So would it be worth using an electric razor instead of shaving?
And how long do you think it would take?
Are there any ways I can slow the hair growth down?

just dont use soap, it dries out the skin.
use some Conditioner (trust me it works so well)

I use a Venus razor & a shaving gel to avoid itchy,red, looking spots. I have read in magazines to use body srub to get rid of the dead cells before shaving because if you do, then you can get the red spots. However, that did not seem to work for me. My skin is fairly tanned because I go tanning all the time but I still can not get rid of those red looking spots. What is a way to avoid those red spots on my legs?

This is something Ive noticed before. Ive seen lots of commercials over the years advertising women’s shaving cream, razors, & stuff. They always seem to be SO HAPPY in those commercials. There will be a woman who just got out of the shower, & she has a HUGE smile on her face while she shaves. Most women Ive talked to do not like shaving their legs. Am I right?
I just find that absolutely hilarious. The commercials should be more realistic. Haha!

What disposable razor is the best for leg shaving? I’m sick of the pink ones that come 10 in a pack. I want a razor that will allow me to press firmly & not have to worry about nicking myself.

Mach 3 – I think this is shick.
I don’t care if it is a man’s razor as long as it does the job & gets rid of the hairy legs!

It’s not about the cream, it’s all about the razor. I use a men’s Mach 3. Also, try getting your legs waxed about every other month. Your leg hair won’t be nearly as think & a lot less shaving involved! It doesn’t cot very much either.

i have sensitive skin & about 2 weeks ago i got razor bumps…i was stupid & ignored them & kept shaving & they got worse…now i have stopped shaving for about a week & i have been putting on lotion every night & morning but they still wont go away…any ideas on what to do???

I have been shaving my legs since Im 12 (Not almost14) but I dont think I am doing it right. No matter how much I shave I always have hair the next morning! Im I doing somthing wrong? Is there a special razor I can use? a cream? anything?!
My mom & my sister dont have this problem, its just me! Is it my hair type that makes it grow back so quick???

I shave my legs frequently, since it’s super hot where i live & i have to wear shorts in gym. So i was wondering what is most recommended to put on my legs after i shave.
And another question:
Do you guys prefer Nair/Veet(and stuff like that) or shaving?
If shaving, what razor & shaving cream?
and Which is better, Veet or Nair?
